Can I just discuss my project over the phone?

You're welcome to call and speak to one of our consultants, but you'd need to rewrite all the pertinent information from the call down anyway, so a phone call often just becomes a chat. Instead, we prefer to use emails for communication, so we can focus on general- or specific-issues in detail; and also so that there's a clear written record of our project instructions, which can be recalled or referred to later if necessary.

Are we able to meet to discuss the requirements of the project?

Regarding personal meetings, we're an internet-based company, registered in Cape Town, but most of our operations are handled electronically for projects across South Africa and sub-Saharan Africa. For example, our statisticians, researchers and editors are based not only in SA, but internationally as well. This is because there are various teams of people involved in any given client’s project. We also prefer to send information via email, so there's a written confirmation of instructions and past communications, which we can refer to later. We therefore don’t meet our clients in person; but once we start your research project for you, you'll be assigned a project manager who will co-ordinate all of your project requirements, along with the necessary teams of professionals to complete your project.

Can I post or courier my articles/papers to you?

Don’t worry about sending your hard copy material; we need everything in electronic format, so hard copy material isn't going to help us. In fact, our writers and professionals are based not only in SA, but internationally as well, and we send everything to our pro's via email and file sending servers. If you do have any material that you think would be valuable for us to have as a reference, please scan and email the pertinent files; or if they're large, you can transfer them to us with a file-sending server, such as Dropbox.
