- 01Once we begin work, you'll be allocated a project manager, who will make recommendations on the methodology, topic and project design, and who will be in touch with any questions or progress reports. The project manager will also be responsible for coordinating the various teams of professionals necessary for your research project.
- 02If you decide to go ahead with us, the process will be as follows: We'll start by confirming your research topic, and collecting the available published material around your research topic. Our writers will compile the material from the sources into the first draft of the written report (in the form of literature reviews, problem statements, or discussion points), making sure to leave notes or references where the material came from, so that the final reference section of the report can be easily completed. This is also an important step in making sure that the entire research team is up to date on the latest developments in the field of research, before starting any work. Alternatively, you can also do this step yourself. If any data needs to be gathered and/or analysed, or results to be prepared, our teams of research instrument developers, data analysts, writers and researchers can assist with this as well. Alternatively, you can do this step yourself. Once the above steps are finished, we will finish off the writing services of the research document, such as preparing any missing material for the write-up, editing mistakes and correcting grammar, proof reading to check for non-flowing sentences, and formatting the page / reference layout to produce the final publication-quality document.
- 03Yes. Arrangements for data collection can be made directly with Royaa Creative Solutions.
- 04Once we start work on a project, we'll need one week for analysing the literature, and then you can expect writing, editing, proof reading and other tasks to take about 7 working days per 10 pages of written text thereafter.
- 05We'll have any data sets analysed for you within two weeks of our appointment. That is, you can expect data analysis to take about two weeks, once we receive your final set of data.
- 06We're often able to accommodate you if you need to have work sent back to you quickly; but this is subject to arrangement with the Royaa staff.
- 07In South Africa, there is comprehensive data protection legislation in the form of the ‘Protection of Personal Information Bill’. This means that any material you send us is protected by law from being divulged or distributed. Once any Royaa work has been paid for, the material is yours to use as you wish, and you are further protected under the ‘Protection of Personal Information Bill’ against any data or information being released. Our internal policy also prevents us from divulging or re-using any of your personal information, data or records. So, we fully understand your need for discretion, and all your material will be treated with utmost privacy and discretion. All material handled by Royaa Creative Solutions – whether data, written or audio, is kept on a secure server with the latest spyware protection software to prevent leakages or loss of proprietary information; and only those directly involved with your project are given access to the material.
- 08Plagiarism is: using another person's work, and passing it off as your own. All of our written material is freshly reproduced, and correctly referenced to avoid issues with plagiarism. We also run a scan on our work with Plagiarism Checker X software to be sure. Regarding submissions for university or academic institutions, we do not condone ghost writing; and all work submitted for academic purposes should ultimately be your own. So, any work done by Royaa Creative Solutions should be treated as an assistive document or support framework for your organisation, which — in the event it is to be submitted for academic purposes — should be reworked by you to suite your own wording, to give it your own personal touch, and to avoid issues with any forms of plagiarism. Permissions for submitting edited, proof read or otherwise-corrected work is up to your own university policies, and remains your responsibility.
